This sweet collectible little doll really is a bell! She is part of the early Josef Originals "Belle" series produced between 1945-1958 after which production was moved to Japan. She is holding a fan and is wearing a lovely rose pink colored "Ball Dress". The Josef Originals name is incised on the underneath edge of her dress. Original labels are both in tact.
 
She is in lovely condition with no chips. There is minor wear to the gold paint along the lower edge of her dress and light all-over crazing that is hard to photograph but is shown in the last photograph.
