Joseff Jet Glass and Gold Tone Clip Earrings

Eugene Joseff was known as the "Jeweler to the Stars". His company "Joseff of Hollywood" began in 1928 and his designs were worn by many famous Hollywood stars such as Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe and Judy Garland.

These signed clip earrings are composed of square beveled French jet glass pieces set in a crimped metal frame design. The metal uses a trade secret matte Russian gold-colored plating. While these earrings were no doubt made for the retail market and not for Hollywood, they show wonderful workmanship and fabulous vintage design.

Excellent condition. Minor wear.
